Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using Eazimate. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eazimate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
